We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Poppin Candy ships to customers within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding to more countries soon.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

During summer months, we include insulated packaging and cold packs for heat-sensitive items like chocolate and gummies to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
